MMA and Kickboxing fans say Bob Sapp sucks, but his winning record seems to indicate otherwise.
Does he win on sheer strength, size and intimidation? Yes. Does he lack much of the skill exhibited by many other fighters? Yes. But a win’s a win, and clearly Bob Sapp has worked many long hours to build up his enormous musculature.
Does/Did Bob Sapp use steroids to build and maintain his huge physique? Of course. That’s not even in question. But so did/do a majority of world-class athletes in his league - even many of those who are half Sapp’s size.
Is/was Ernesto Hoost the king of kickboxing?
