Terin started his MMA/BJJ training under a Renzo Gracie brown belt where he was introduced to Sityodtong Muay Thai trainer Peter Pinto, Hamden Boxing trainer Luis Rosa and wrestling coach Blair Tugman. Terin now trains BJJ and MMA with American Top Team’s Hitalo Machado at Sityodtong CT and Danbury’s Best Way BJJ/MMA and is currently a blue belt in BJJ successfully competing as an advance submission grappler in numerous submission grappling and wrestling tournaments. He is also a competitive muay thai fighter and boxer. He trains in all the above fighting skills 6 days a week, 4 - 6 hours each day. Terin hopes to train in Thailand by the age of 16 and his current goal is to work towards having his first professional MMA fight upon his 18th birthday and is working diligently at becoming a pro-fighter in MMA, boxing and muay thai.
