2. Recovering from 7+ different injuries: Broken Big left Toe; Torn Muscles on Left Ankle; Knee collapse; Right Pelvic Cycling Accident; Left & Right Hip; Back injuries; Torn Muscles on rotator cuffs; Left metacarpyl Tendonitas and neck dislocation..did I left anything?
3. Had only 4 hrs of sleep night before.
4. Had to train in Muay Thai that same morning.
So Mz.D moving like a snail right now.

Andre Gusmao Fight in Vegas for IFL
Capoeira and Jiu-Jitsu have occupied much of his three decades on this planet. Even during a two-year period in which he studied law, Gusmao took time to learn more about the two Brazilian arts. As he grew in experience and ability, he combined those skills with boxing and Muay Thai and joined the mixed martial arts realm.
