Brad Blackburn is constantly looking for his next challenge and adrenaline rush. At 22 he began training as a boxer, but realized he was in the wrong sport after getting outmatched by two MMA athletes he decided to train with for a day. With MMA, he learned the fight doesn’t stop when you hit the mat and that a fighter with a strong work ethic could overcome untrained natural abilities in most matches. MMA matches are all about training and technique, skills Blackburn also uses when river fishing in his hometown of Oregon.
