ANTONIO MCKEE
Our Head “Coach” is none other than the undefeated, Antonio McKee. Antonio is a 3-time California state champion wrestler and is the only wrestler in California history with an undefeated 4-year record of 164-0. Antonio is a decorated Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter as a member of the IFL Sabres and has trained several of the world’s top MMA athletes. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, Vitor Belfort, Yves Edwards and many others have all commissioned Antonio to teach them his undefeatable takedown and ground techniques. Antonio is currently the head wrestling coach for the Warriors Wrestling program, Head coach of Team BodyShop Fighters and is the fitness and weight loss director at BodyShop Fitness & Spa.

A disappointing 3-2 loss knocked the Tokyo Sabres out of the International Fi playoffs last week, putting an end to their undefeated season. Now see what the Sabres had to say about their defeat, as well as what they plan to do to come back stronger next season.
Despite their season-ending loss, the Sabres made a miraculous turnaround in 2007 after failing to win a single team contest the previous season. Thanks to their core veterans Savant Young, Antonio McKee, and Vladimir Matyushenko — sometimes known as “The Triumvirate” — the team went and impressive 3-0 in the regular season. Both Matyushenko and McKee will also compete in the IFL World Grand Prix on November 3 in Chicago, Ill.

A new team in 2006, the International Fight League Sabres will feature an almost entirely new lineup, as well as strategy, for the 2007 season. Coach Ken Yasuda has gone to great lengths to bring the team together, insisting on unity and teamwork among both his starters and alternates. Lightweight Savant Young has looked particularly impressive of late, as has cagey welterweight Antonio McKee.
