Star Challenge, Group-C, June 13th 2007
Game-4: fOrGG vs JulyZerg @ Fantasy
Group-C: TheRock, fOrGG, JulyZerg, TheMania
Star Challenege is the prelims league for ODT (which is the prelims for the next OSL season), some type of prelims always start taking place while the current season is played, those who lose it are going down to offline qualifiers (also prelims for ODT but tougher), its also the reason these games aren’t getting much attention from fans since its really not of the same importance as the current Starleague matches, but it *is* that important for the players 
TheMania beat July on Game1 with some very poor play from both players, it was too lame to watch, Mania played so bad he could not believe he actually won Anyway not all is lost, Star Challenege goes Dual style. TheRock beat fOrGG in Game2, and so Mania and TheRock met in Winner’s final to fight for the first ODT ticket of the group… Which TheRock got with a fast Carriers build.
Now JulyZerg and fOrGG, the two players who were favored to both win the group, have to face each other in Loser’s match, for the right to face Mania in the group finals.
Winner will play against TheMania for the last ODT ticket, loser falls to offline qualifiers.
fOrGG plays Terran, JulyZerg plays… zerg.

Pretty nice game. …
Pretty nice game. Unlike usual I was able to catch plenty of spots where a bit more multitasking could’ve done the trick for victory either way a lot earlier. I still liked July’s play a lot, fOrGG just got pushed back a bit too much so the game couldn’t become as close as it could’ve with a bit more drops.

I wonder why July …
I wonder why July didn’t take the 12 o’clock island expansion at all; he probably could’ve defended it well enough from drops with all the scourge he had patrolling anyways.

muta is only good …
muta is only good to keep marines in base, he make muta to stop marine from move out of his base so he can expand, but once the terran has a lot of marine or science vessel, zerg needs lurkers to go against mass marines. He could never hold back that big of a terran force with muta alone.
